Affiliate disclosure

Some links to buy a book on The Dialogue Map are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the shop pays us a small commission. You pay the same price.

How to recognise them

Every affiliate link is labelled “Affiliate link” next to it, with the shop’s name when we have one. Links without that label earn us nothing.

What commissions do not change

• We recommend the edition we think is best to read, with its translation and notes in mind, not the one that pays the most.
• When a free public-domain copy exists, we list it first and mark it “Free”.
• Commissions play no part in which texts appear on the map, how their relationships are described, or which paths and debates we write.

Why we use them

Affiliate commissions help pay for hosting and for the editorial work behind each text and relationship. They are a small part of how the project is funded.
